This is a series of work that I have been working on that builds on one of my themes 'Journeys'. The main background is an old postcard and I have still used maps, papers and fabric to create the collage. Machine embroidery is still the tool that I use to draw with. In addition I have added hand embroidery, buttons (from my mums button tin) and on some typed text.
