Sally Darlington exhibition

Went to Bankfield Museum today with the A Level textile students to see the current Sally Darlington exhibition. The work is based on the life cycle of the silk worm. I love the black and white theme and the contrast in textures. There i a lot of layering up in her work from the detailed background to the mix of threads and of course cocoons...
